Professor Eddo

earned his Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Kinesiology from George Mason University. He holds an M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on biomechanics and a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in psychology. Dr. Eddo authors his research in refereed journals and other publications and presents his work regionally and nationally.

Professor Eddo’s interest in human movement science began early, partly due to a nerve injury that adversely impacted his lower extremities. Undeterred, he participated in various sporting activities as a youth, and through this journey, he developed a passion for studying human movement. Before his academic career, Professor Eddo acquired field-based experiential knowledge as a personal trainer and strength coach for seven years.

Professor Eddo is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP). He is also a Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Professor Eddo pursues his passion through research and clinical application. He believes that learning is a lifelong journey and that using his acquired skills and knowledge to improve the lives of others truly fulfills the journey.
